Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
We did a early lease termination in Virginia to buy our dream home out of state and have agreed to make payments for 2 months lease break fee, the night before we moved out we brought our small boat on a trailer home from storage and the manager came running out screaming we need to remove it or she would have it towed away, she said it was against our lease even though we were loading and leaving the next day.
I pointed out to her there was another small boat parked in there lot for over 2 years and a pop up camper for over a year and she said they would have them removed, I came back 2 weeks after moving on business to see the other boat and camper still there and feel she was just singling us out and harassing us, I do have pictures from the day before the move and 2 weeks later to back up my story. Do we have any recourse? Thank You in advance

Recourse for what, i.e., what provable damages did you actually incur from
this incident?
