Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
employee parking restrictions
we work in an office building that is owned by a medical corporation.we are not employees of that corporation. the parking lot has been divided in areas for employees and for patients, but there are no physical barriers, just signs. there is no charge to anyone to park there.there are no parking restrictions for visitors. can the building management require us to park in specific parts of the lot because we work in the building, and can they legally tow our cars as threatened?

Re: employee parking restrictions
Assuming that the building management is acting
properly in behalf of the owners of the property (including the parking lot), they can legally do all the things that you have described.
