Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I entered into contract with a friend to sell my house to her. We did not go througha mortage company. She agreed to pay $300 monthly for 30 years. The lawyer made up the document. Trouble is, I have not heard from her since March ( last payment) and it is now May 17. What is my legal course of action?

Better see ANOTHER lawyer who knows something about foreclosures and who can advise you, accordingly.
