Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
I am being Evicted out of our many generation FAMILY home after losing appeals with the Supreme Court of Virginia. As a Co-owner of a property that was partition and awarded the right to purchase property was given to my Cousin. Now I need time to secure a place to move and financial needs. Do I talk to the Cousin or the Lawyers to request time (4 Months)?

First your cousin, then the lawyers if the cousin proves intractable (would be my recommendation).
