Eviction Of Tenants In Virginia

We were hired by a gentleman who is married to a women that has moved out of the country to rent his house. We advertised the house and found potential tenants. They have not paid since June and only paid 1 months rent since they lived there. They signed a lease through us but they say that it is illegal because the name on the deed is not the name of the rental company so they think they they do not owe us the money. What do we do they say that we rented this house to them illegally is it???

File suit for the unpaid rents in your local general district court.(The excuse offered by these would be squatters would appear little more than a blatant dodge to avoid have to pony up the bucks, so to speak, for the rent.)
