ex's name on deed

my ex husband's name is not on the note of my house however, it is on the deed of the land along with my name. If my house was to go into foreclosure but I had a buyer. Do I need his permission or signature?

Yep, you sure do since with his name on the deed he apparently is as much owner of the property as you are.
