Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

My father jointly owns a hunting camp with 6 other men. 3 of these men have not paid taxes, upkeep, improvements, nor have they visited the camp in over 15 years. Is there some law where they would forfeit their share due to not paying the taxes? The other active owners pay the entire tax. These non-paying owners will not give up their share of the cabin but refuse to pay their share. What are our options?

If there's an enforceable agreement between these six owners as to how all expenses

concerned with ownership are to be shared, then the three who have apparently defaulted

as to their financial responsibilites regarding this hunting camp could be sued for the various

amounts that they allegedly have failed to pay by the three others who have been paying

more than their respiective fair shares. (And, no, I am not aware of any such law regarding forfeiture

that you mentioned.)
