Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

which form or contrast do I use?

I am a new investor, I plan on quickturning/flipping the properties that I find with other investors, which form or contrast would I use to protect my fee for finding the property? and also how to protect the property from being stolen by the investor after I give them the address?

I know of no "cookie cutter, one form fits all" formula to fit this situation. You would be better advised to arrange for a consultation with an attorney who is knowledgeable in the law of contracts and related matters and who may be able to advise you on this matter after learning more of its details.
