Form to show release of ownership
When a home is left to 4 siblings and one sibling desires to give his share to another sibling what form of action needs to be taken by both parties involved?

A quitclaim deed completed and properly signed by the sibling who wishes to transfer his interest to the other sibling, will usually be sufficient for this type of situation.
