Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

My girlfriend moved out of our apartment in October and left everything. She pretty much abandoned the stuff. Now she wants to come back and claim furniture and other things. When she left she didn't want anything. What are my rights?

Give her her stuff; otherwise, you might find yourself in civil court attempting

to explain to the judge presiding over the matter as to why you didn't return

these things sooner to their rightful owner, which appears to be your girlfriend.
