good afternoon I own a rental property with my sister and there are some issue where she is not corporating, I would like to sue her but can't afford the lawyer fee, Is there any advice on how to go about this? also is a legal aid can help me in this matter? Thanks for your advice.

property would likely prove a more fruitful course of action for

you rather than suing her in the situation that you've described.
