Good House..Gone Bad

We purchaced a home from a manufactured home place, in under a year, the smoke detector wiring is bad, they said it was factory defect, the pipe to the water line outside is bad, and they tried to tell us that the metal mesh that protects the central air unit does not come on them no more. They wont fix anything after months of them saying they are. it has been a year now since we had the home and they have done nothing, what can we do?? Im so fed up with their lies!

As to what you can do, it all depends upon what's covered under your warranty, of which you've given no indication in your question.
