Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

good morning i own a rental property with my sister, both of us name is on the deed but i'm not on the mortgage because her credit score was much better than mines, now she is letting me know that i have no say so in whatever she is doing with this property, there is no money in the account how can i go about this legally to get this property sell. Thanks for your advice

File a partition suit in your local circuit court where the property is located. (You will need an attorney to handle this and it will NOT be cheap.)
