my grandmother purchased 21 acres of a 30 acre parel in the 1950 she deed this property to me and i have paid the property taxes on the entire 30 acres since her death in 1974 i am interested in selling this property can i do this without knowing who the heirs are for the remaining seven acres

No, not without conveying a clouded title on those seven acres(in my opinion) whose ownership is unclear. (Merely because you've been paying the taxes on those seven acres doesn't necessarily make you the owner of them.)
