Hi there! My grandmother has as timeshare that she can no longer afford. My family is trying to figure out the best way to go about dealing with this. She is on a fixed income and because of the rising cost of her care she cannot going on paying the fees.

She lives in Alexandria VA.

Your grandmother should first attempt to sell the timeshare directly my marketing it on ebay

or advertising in a local newspaper or in other media to find a possible buyer, but

If that produces no olffers, she might explore the possibilty of whether she

might sell it back (most likely at a loss)to the person(s) or entities from which

she originally purchased the timeshare.
