My grandmother owned a partial of land, for which there is no will. She is survived by two daughters and 10 grandchilden. One grandaughter has maintained the upkeep of the property. If she desires to put a trailor on the property, does it become part of the heired property?

Re: Heir Property in Southhampton, VA
Your grandmother's property will pass by intestate succession, which is explained in the Virginia Code. If there is no surviving spouse, as a general rule, the entire estate goes to the children of the deceased. There may be distribution to the grandchildren if there are children who predeceased the intestate.
