We lent our daughter monies to purchase her first home

We want to file a paper that if she ever decides to sell the home, she will repay us back our monies. She has already signed and got notorized a document that states this.

What and where do we file something like this.

You need to record a lien against the property in the land records section

of your local circuit court. ( A local real estate attorney should be able

to assist you with this matter.)
