Home Builder's Warranty

I bought a home 3 months ago and am having a difficult time getting my

builder to honor the punch list of items that need attention. He has

outsourced the job to a company that won't return my phone calls and makes

excuses like he's too busy or tied up on another real estate deal.

How can I compel him to honor his builder's warranty to fix these items?

You could hire your own contractor to finish the punch list and then file your claim against the builder in small claims court for reimbursement.
