want to keep my home!

i had my girlfriend co-sign on my mortgage with me, i made all the payments but she was the co-borrower and is also on the deed. a year later she moved in with me now we are breaking up and she wants to sell the house even if we take a loss. she just wants off the mortgage but i cannot refinance right now with the current economy and my credit rating, what rights do i have to retain my property?
