home purchase agreement
article in agreement reads:'' The deposit is 35,000, of which 0 is non-refundable'' does this mean that none of the amount is refundable, of all of the amount is refundable.

"Of which no amount is refundable" is
probably what was intended although the words themselves suggest exactly the opposite, i.e.,"all of the amount is refundable".

If it is written as you wrote it, it would seem to mean that it is all refundable. However, if the intent was the opposite, there may be controversy. Considering the sum at stake,I suggest contacting an attorney.
