My husband kept my name and my income off the house so now the deed is in his name only. he went so far as to have the children we have together inherit the house only. What rights do I have? yes the house was purchased during the marriage.

Re: house

You have a marital claim to the house by virtue of your marriage to the title holder(your husband) and the fact of its purchase during the course of your marriage irrespective of whether your name is on the deed, and neither your husband nor your children in the event of his death(as his sole beneficiaries/divisees named in his will) will be able to defeat your rightful claim(s) to the property. An attorney who is appropriately knowledgeable and experienced in the Commonwealth's domestic relations and probate laws should be able to advise you in more detail.
