Im trying to get a house out of my name.my ex is still living there and she is currently married but Wells Fargo will not refinance it out of my name, and she refuses to do anything else

Looks like you might be facing a suit to partition the property which in lieu

thereof, the court would likely order a judicial sale of it with appropriate

division of these sale proceeds.
