House rights, Virginia

Living in home with sister for 3-4 years.

sister and myself own 1/3 of house and land.

my 2 aunts own;

1 aunt owns 1/3

other aunt owns 1/3

sister and I= 1/3

2 aunts= 2/3

but both aunts dont live at the house.

Can they legally tell me I cant Drink alcohol in this house, or that I cant have friends over?

sister over 21 as am I.

No. Unless there are valid restrictions in the chain of title, they have no authority over what you do there, as long as it does not damage the property.
