Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
If a house is sold and the title company missed a deed of trust and the lender did not get paid.Is it legal for the lender to attach themselves to the house.The new homeowner has no obligation to the previous homeowners lender.The new homeowner does not know this entity who has attached themselves to the house and now wants to seel the house and can't until something is done with the lein.

So, whose lender did not get paid, your seller's or someone else's
back in the previous purchase history of the property and whose title
company was it that allegedly slipped up in this matter?
Until these issues are clarified, your question (implied)
cannot be addressed (in my opinion).
