humphrey property
I have been married to my wife for 12 years. Can she purchase real estate, or land, without my aggreement to such an act?

Re: humphrey property
Why, of course, your wife can purchase real property without your agreement or signature.(The wife as property of the husband with virtually no independent rights of her own and little more status than an indentured servant disappeared from the annals of American law long ago.) However, whether or not your wife's ownership rights to such property would be able to endure pristinely as her very own and unencumbered by any marital claims which you later might be able to assert against such property is quite another matter.
