My husband is on deployment for 6 months. Does the SCRA allow me to break our lease if I give the proper notice and pay the correct fees?

No, since you apparently are not a member of the military, your husband

whose name is presumably on your lease would be the one who must deliver

the required written notice to the landlord regarding the notice of termination.
