Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

After my husband passed, my oldest son and his wife convinced me to sell my house and build an addition to theirs and live with them. That was in 2002. Now they have tried to evict me and afterwards agreed to pay them some rent to stay there. Now the wife's father has passed and they are going to sell this house and informed me I will NOT be getting any of my money back from the addition. Back then, they did and kept all the paperwork. Can anything be done to make this right?

I would recommend that you arrange to discuss the matter with a local attorney

who handles real property law and contract matters to determine what (if any)

remedy you might now avail yourself of in the situation described.
