Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
my husband had a will drawn up by an attonery leaving all his real estate to his brother, some of which was purchased during our marriage. Can he do this. He has also brought property with his brother and sister and not put his name on the deed. In case of divorce where do I stand. Also he bought a piece of property with brother and listed as name and name LLC what does that mean.

As your husband's wife, you would have a marital claim to all of these properties purchased during the course of your marriage.
