Is it illegal for a U.S citizen to purchase a still (used for the production of ethanol) made by a u.s based still manufacturing factory?

Assuming that this particular equipment which you term a still is being

legally manufactured in the U.S. and the company is subject to no

prohibition against selling it to individuals, then (in my opinion) it would

be reasonable to assume that it would not be illegal for any

U.S. citizen(or non-citizen for that matter), to purchase such a

device. (This, of course, applies only to the purchase of the

equipment itself and not to the production of alcohol.)
