Include husband in my house title or deed
What do I need to do to include my husband's name in my house. I have a mortgage I pay every month and do not need to include him in it. I just want his name to appear in the title as part owner. Kindly let me know. Many thanks.

If you are the sole owner of this real property, you may have a deed drafted that grants the property from you to you and your husband. You should then file the deed in the city or county court.
You should talk to an attorney regarding how you would want the title held, the implications of conveying the property as it relates to domestic issues, and what this may do to your ability to convey the property on your own at a later date.
