independent contractor/real estate agent

if a real estate agent is working for a realtor selling

new homes, has a contract, and

after 9 months the real estate

agency hires sales people (unlicensed sales people) to sell there properties what course of action does the independant contractor (real estate agent have if any) the

realtor (employer) is also the

owner of the new homes subdivision and is making it extremely hard for the licensed

agent to sell homes. (like not

giving them prices etc. Forcing the real estate agent

out)
