I have a right to ingress and egress to a lake on my neighbors property.20 ft wide and 600 ft long. I want to clear this land so I can get to it easier and also park my boat there. Is this allowed?i

Would appear to depend upon the nature of your easement and

what may be allowed and not allowed. (Nevertheless, irrespective

of what may in fact be permitted, you would certainly

want to discuss it first with the owner of the servient property to

determine his or her position on the matter.)
