I inherited some family land and put it up as collaotral as down payment for a mobile home now the mobile home getting ready to be reposed is there a way i can deed the land over to someone else to keep from losing that family land

No, such a transfer of the land which you apparently offered as collateral for the mobile home loan would appear to be an effort on your part to defraud your creditor(s), and if done would likely be subject to reversal by a court of proper jurisdiction.
