Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

Injunction & suit

Sorry I have to ask another queston regarding the injunction. She alo filed a suit because her well is on our property and she wants the land. We ask a lawyer & he said to just wait it out and not push anything. HOw long do we have to wait. Is there a statue of limitaion on the suit once filed? Thank you so much

Most civil suits, if not prosecuted, will be dismissed by courts within 1-2 years of their filing.
