Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
I own an investment condo in a large condominum complex in Alexandria, VA. Because of extensive necessary building repairs (facade work, roof replacement etc) which management is in the process of accomplishing, my investment apartment is and has been unrentable, unsaleable and uninhabitable. Can I sue managment and the Board through the date the repairs are completed for lost rental income?

Sure, you could sue---but you wouldn't win.
