I was awarded immediate posession and a monetary judgement against a tenant, if i have no forwarding information on the tenant what does the judgement mean?

Dear Landlord,
With a judgment you can seek a garnishment against wages, bank accounts, as well as a judicial lien against any real estate the tenant owns.
A judgment is listed on their credit report, which affects their ability to obtain credit. That judgment is valid for ten years, and then may be renewed for ten more years. The judgment also accrues interest from the date it was obtained.
