Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
Land is listed the the mls with no disclosures for a $30k. A full price offer is presented with no contingencies except finanacing, an approval letter is provided and a condition of appraisal is stated. This is a foreclosed lot, the bank will not except or answer the offer other than to say the land is for sale and will remain listed in the mls. They are looking for answers reqarding the road requirements. Does the agent have to disclose this in the listing. The more time that goes by more buyers are likely to compete with the orginial purchaser and the price may change. Can the seller state a price and not sell? Thank you.
