Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
land
We live on a dead end street. There are 2 sts, Laura and Millbrook. Some people built a dirt track at the end of these sts. They told police they had the owner's permission. The police said ''their hands are tied.''They come every weekend with pickup trucks full of dirt bikes, motorcycles and dune buggys. Is there any thing legal we can do to stop this? It is driving down home prices, chasing off the wildlife and disturbing our peace.

Re: land
Find and contact the owner(s), if possible, and let them know what's going on. It's up to them to keep their property from being trashed by the trespassing dirt bikers, motorcyclists, and dune buggers rather than concerned neighbors such as yourself (who are essentially powerless in this type of situation).
