Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
Land
This man wants to sell me a piece of property. The county says that he doesn't have enough land to give me a right away to it. The property is boxed in. his brother has .64 land had he doesn't have enough to give me rightaway. So his sister that lives away may sell me her .64 parcel. If she does then I can buy the property. My question is if she doesnt is there anything I can do. about this situation.

No, not if the county's position on the matter is legally correct.

Any contract you enter into would be best prepared or reviewed by an attorney and contingent on your getting the required access.
