land sale fraud ?

i recently bought a parcel of land that when purchased was described as two seperate lots, but joined together. i descovered that the land was acually one parcel after i purchased it. Do i have a lawsuite ? and if so who is at fault ?

Did you buy title insurance? What is the legal description in the deed? Once the contract is reviewed by an attorney, there may be other questions as well.
