Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

My landlord obtained an eviction of me in court. I was able find a way to pay all the back rent and stayed. Since that eviction/judgement is still on file with the courts if I'm late again what process do they have to follow to get an an eviction? I can't pay my rent until the 12th which is after their drop dead date of the 10th. How long will I have before they can lock up my apartment on me?

Probably, on the 11th (if you haven't paid up) but you might want to review the

terms of that apparently still valid eviction order for further details.
