Late Fees For Rental Property
What amount can be considered as the 'norm' for late fees?
Can a late fee be assessed to property in addition to fees that are given to a tenant for late fees?

The amount which your landlord should be able to assess you as a fee for late payment of your rent should be referenced as one of the terms in your written lease.
As to your second inquiry, I simply don't understand it.
