lease

i am living in a condo...i have never signed a lease and want to move out the first of the year..what are my options and rights. can i just give a 60 day notice telling my landlord i am moving out.

Sure, you can give a 60 day advance notice to your landlord of your intention to vacate the premises, provided that's what your oral agreement allows for.
