Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

legal document signed

if a legal document is signed and no where on the document has the correct spelling of the persons name who is signing it is the form valid? also does it change anything if the form gives the power of attorney and is a avidavid and is also notarized, please reply asap very important thank you very much....... also if it is valid is there anyway of fighting it?
