Is it possibel to put a lien on someone's personal vehicle for monies owed in past due rent? I have a judgement through the court and want to know how I might get my money?

Personal property of a judgment debtor such as a vehicle can properly be subject to enforcement action by a judgment creditor in order to collect on a judgment. However, before undertaking any such action, you should first make every effort to effect collection of your judgment through the garnishment of the debtor's wages or seizure(levy) of his bank account(s).
