Does a life tentant need to upkeep property shuch as cutting grass cleaning guters painting ect if so what can i do about it if tentant is not

Assuming that this life tenant acquired this status by way of a will, his obligations regarding

the upkeep of this property might be referenced there but if not, then the criterion regarding

this expected upkeep might involve something akin to "what is reasonable under

the circumstances".
