Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I live in a townhouse and my neighbor has a water leak which has ruined one wall (dry wall) which our insurance has paid for. The neighbors claim the leak has been fixed, but it hasn't as water is still seeping in. Can I put a lein on their property until the leak is properly fixed?

Thank you

No, not until you obtain a valid judgment against the owner(s) of this property for your alleged damages from a court of proper jurisdiction.
