so an LLC operating agreement overrides the real estate law in Virginia that says any one member of a company can force the other partners to sell?

Without knowing what particular real estate law you're referring to (and how it may credibly relate to the LLC which you may have in mind), I couldn't offer an opinion on the matter. An LLC, of course, refers to the way a particular business entity is organized and may or may not involve any real property or real estate matters.
