Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I am married, house is in my name, husband name is only on the deed, we are separating,

can i force him out? What are my options?

No, you cannot force him out(absent a valid court order requiring him to leave).

Furthermore, if your husband's "name is only on the deed", then he owns as

much of the property as you do and the house could not be only in your name.
