Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

The MLS had numerous misrepresentations of the property, the inspection was shady, the repairs before closing were not done correctly to repair problem, had to get other companies in to repair same problem.want to sue sellers agent who listed the property. Deed was also written and or filed incorrectly by seller's family member.i want to sue do I have a case?

Yes, possibly, but you would be well advised to arrange for a consultation

with an attorney with experience in real estate closings who should be able

to advise you on the various legal issues, particularly, as to whom should actually

be named in the lawsuit for what s/he allegedly did or failed to do that constitutes legal culpability.
